Leadership Development

A Generative or Quantum Organization is a complex, multidimensional system founded on Leadership, Development and Management, each having three dimensions that form an interrelated framework.

Executive Level Leadership Development

Emphasis is placed on giving meaning to the work of the organization through influence, guidance and direction. Through the use of communication of purpose, clarification of intention and establishment of a created future, they create loyalty for the work of the organization. Executives participating in this program will consistently demonstrate foresight, discernment of critical issues and the capacity to turn problems into platforms for growth and acceleration for their people and their organizations. They will master the dimensions of Leading, Speculating and Mentoring which are the design level expressions of Leadership, Development and Management.

Manager Level Leadership Development

Emphasis is placed on insuring that possibility becomes reality and communicating the evidence for feasibility. Managers will explore what’s possible and provide the ways and means to forward peoples’ commitment and empower the work of the people they manage. Those participating in this development program will consistently communicate commitments, clear feasibility and manage integrated action plans with cross-functional interfaces. This will establish a new floor of results for the organization. They will master the dimensions of Developing, Piloting and Facilitating which are the application level expressions of Leadership, Development and Management.

Supervisor Level Leadership Development

Emphasis is placed on managing affairs, interests and assets in a manner that insures reliability, predictability and certainty. They will communicate possibility while promoting high quality results, the accomplishment of what allowed for the results as well as capturing and leveraging what the results will allow for going forward. Supervisors participating in this development program will consistently demonstrate a strong bias for action and a clear focus on results.  Supervisors will also meet objectives, establish workable methodologies and assign resources to fulfill on commitments. They will master Managing, Testing and Supervising which are the execution level expression of Leadership, Development and Management.
